Services
AE Electric is a licensed and insured electrical contractor serving Passaic and surrounding New Jersey communities. All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local regulations.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information you provide and an on-site assessment. Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, or permits are required. Any change order will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by law.
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification by others, power surges, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AE Electric's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Scheduling, Access & Cancellations
Once a job is scheduled, you agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area for our electricians and any inspectors. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Trip charges may apply for cancellations made after our team is en route or if the work area is inaccessible on arrival.
Permits & Inspections
Many electrical projects in New Jersey require permits and a final inspection by the local building department. When permits are required, AE Electric handles the filing and inspection scheduling, with permit fees passed through at cost. The customer is responsible for cooperating with inspection appointments and signing any documents the township requires.
